Refunds & Returns

 

We really hope you’re happy and satisfied with the products you purchase from us. In the unfortunate event that you are not, we’re sure that we can find you a solution. Our service has been developed with the intention to make sure that our customers satisfaction is our main priority. Whether it be to return an item or simply just get your money back for one, no matter the issue we will resolve it.

 The Process

 Please return your item(s) in unused condition with your order details within 60 days.

 Once your items are back in our warehouse we process the refund on the same day as we receiving them. All funds are refunded back into the original payment method.

However please note that all returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item/s were dispatched by us, or the item/s were severely damaged in transit on their way to you. In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order. If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch this at our cost.
